1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the Aya app ("the service") provided by Seori Arts ("we").

2. The service

• Saying symptoms and visit details aloud and sorting them into fields, one page for the doctor, visit notes
• Family connection (paid subscription): sharing notes between family phones

3. Not a diagnosis

The service is a note-taking tool that writes down and organizes what you said. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Summaries may differ from what was actually said, so please check them. If your condition suddenly gets worse, go to a hospital or call emergency services right away.

4. Recording

You are responsible for recording visits. Please tell the medical staff and ask for their consent before recording in the exam room. Don't record or use other people's conversations without their knowledge.

5. Family connection

• The family QR code contains the key that opens your family's notes. Only let trusted family phones scan it. We can't be responsible for problems caused by sending the QR code as a photo.
• Family phones can see the notes you leave.

6. Subscriptions and refunds

• The family plan comes in two sizes, Household (3 family phones) and Big family (6), monthly or yearly. Prices are as shown in the App Store / Google Play.
• Payment, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies. Cancel in your store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
• When the plan ends, family connection stops. Notes on your phone are not deleted.

7. Prohibited

• Calling or disrupting the service or server abnormally (e.g. automated programs)
• Using someone else's family connection information without permission
• Anything illegal

8. Changes and suspension

We may change or stop the service, and will give notice in advance if it's unfavorable to you. Even if the server stops, notes on your phone still work.

9. Limitation of liability

We only provide a note-taking tool and, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, are not responsible for the results of decisions you make based on your notes. Notes lost with a lost or broken phone can't be recovered.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
