FAQ
- Where are my notes kept? — Only on your phone. With family connection on, only ciphertext locked on your phone goes to the server.
- Do my parents' phones need to pay? — No. Show the QR code on the phone with the family plan and scan it with your parents' phone.
- Are notes deleted when the subscription ends? — No. Only family connection stops; notes on your phone stay.
- How do I delete family notes from the server? — Settings → Family connection → "Delete all family notes from the server". If you can't use the app, email us below with your family phone names.
- Cancel or refund? — iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions / Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions
